GNS Management Company, LLC was formed in 1995 to provide hands-on management for conventional multifamily communities. Our initial clients were out-of-state investors looking for an alternative to large institutional management companies. Our personal approach is ideal for investors who infrequently visit their properties. Since we have a smaller pool of properties, clients get the personal care that larger companies simply cannot provide.

Instead of having a large pool of rotating employees, GNS hires a dedicated staff for each property. The on-site manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the property including the hiring of employees, daily maintenance of the property, and interacting with residents. Our average manager has been working at the same property for over 5 years.

George Summerfield, CPM ®, is the owner and designated broker of GNS Management. He visits every property personally, each week to consult with the on-site staff and inspect the property. His personal attention is reflected in the superior appearance of our properties.

Our goal is to provide personalized income property management for a limited number of properties insuring that each owner receives maximum service. We won’t blind you with a blizzard of paperwork. We provide a weekly occupancy and traffic report and a monthly statement of operations utilizing an abbreviated chart of accounts, both of which can be customize. Our goal is to minimize paperwork and concentrate on servicing the current residents, renting to new residents and maintaining the community.

George Summerfield is a Certified Property Manager®, key number 15317, as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. First licensed in 1983 and a broker since 1990, he has 23 years of fee management experience.
