Management Services

Our goal is to provide personalized service to a limited number of properties insuring that each owner receives maximum service. We only service clients with whom we have a management agreement. Services we provide include:

• Employee Management - We handle all staffing needs including hiring and firing, training, payroll, and all state and federal reporting and tax requirements.
  
  
• Pay Expenses - We will pay all property expenses including mortgage payments, property taxes, and insurance invoices.
  
  
• Weekly Reporting - Every week we provide you with a traffic and occupancy report.
  
  
• Monthly Accounting Statement - Every month we provide a concise report of all accounting operations including: 
  • Statement of operations
  • Budget comparison report
  • Month by month comparison
  • Check register
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • AP expense distribution report
  • General ledger
  • Rent roll report
  • Mortgage statement (if applicable)
    
    
• Valuation - We will assist with valution appeals
  
  
• Recievership - We will perform all required duties for properties in receivership
